Examinations as an Independent Candidate

EXAMINATIONS AS AN INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE

IAAG, a Part 147 accredited centre, organises 4 sessions of Part 66 examinations per year.

These examination sessions are open to any person wishing to sit the theory modules of the Part 66 A1, B1-1 or B2 licences as an independent candidate. 

The examinations are IT-based and candidates have the option of sitting examinations customised to the aeronautics qualifications they have which are recognised by the Civil Aviation Authority.

The completed registration form must be submitted 1 month before the examination session date. It must be accompanied by :

  • a photocopy of the student's identity card,
  • a copy of the qualifications entitling the student to examination exemption,
  • registration fee payment.
